IQC

Incoming Raw Material Inspection – 100% Full Check for CCL Manufacturing. Comprehensive testing on chemical composition, mechanical strength, electrical properties and appearance. Only qualified materials enter production, ensuring fundamental quality of copper clad laminates.

IPQC

In-Process Quality Control - Real-Time Key Node Monitoring for CCLWe implement strict monitoring at critical stages including coating, curing and lamination. Real-time parameter tracking prevents defects and ensures consistent product performance throughout manufacturing.

FQC

Finished Product Inspection – 50+ Performance Tests Per Batch (IPC/UL). We test dielectric properties, thermal stability, flame retardancy, CAF resistance, and dimensional stability. All tests comply with IPC and UL standards to verify product performance meets global industry requirements.

OQC

Outgoing Quality Control – Final Inspection with Full Batch Traceability. We perform comprehensive final inspection before shipment. Full batch traceability from raw material receiving to final delivery ensures zero-defect products and a reliable, auditable supply chain for global customers.
